SALMON A LA PIMENTADA

CON UN TOQUE DE MIEL

SALMON WITH COLORS PEPPER WITH LITTLE AMOUNT OF HONEY !
How many of you have tried to cook Salmon fish but you just can’t get rid of that natural smell of it
well try this recipe and you will never get this complaint again, its a recipe of “Sra. Flor Naomi” who have experience in cooking for over 50 years now : ) every step is a mile stone and you are gonna just love it!
INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS

1,- SALMON
2.- PIMIENTO VERDE ROJO Y AMARILLO Y CEBOLLA PERLA BLANCA
PEPPER GREEN ,RED ,YELLOW & ONION
3.- PIMIENTA,SAL /BLACK PEPPER , SALT
4.- MIEL /HONEY 1/4 OZ
5.- LECHE /MILK 1/2 /TAZA/CUP
6.- CREMA DE LECHE / MILK CREAM 1/4 TAZA/CUP
7.-ACEITE DE OLIVA / OLIVE OIL
8.- YUCCA OR PAPA (OPTIONAL)


STEP 1

1.- COMO SIEMPRE TOMAMOS Y LAVAMOS EL SALMON
LA CANTIDAD EN LIBRAS DEPENDE DE LAS PORCIONES QUE DESEA COCINAR
2.-SAZONAMOS CON SAL Y PIMIENTA AL GUSTO
3.- Y USAMOS MIEL PARA NEUTRALIZAR EL SABOR CARACTERISTICO QUE TIENE EL SALMON

- WE WASH AS WELL THE PIECES OF SALMON THAN
WILL USE
- ADD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE END WILL ADD HONEY WE USE HONEY FOR TAKE THIS SMELL OR SABOR OF THE SALMON ITS A TIP :D

STEP 2

- CORTAMOS TODOS LOS PIMIENTOS COMO LA CEBOLLA

.- WE WILL CHOPPED PEPPERS AND ONION

STEP 3

- HACEMOS CORTES DE YUCCA O PAPA EN FORMA LARGA Y LO PONEMOS A COCINAR.

- MAKE SLICE OF YUCCA AND BOILED IT

STEP 4 (A) SALSA DE PIMENTADA PARA SALMON /SAUCE OF PEPPERS FOR SALMON

- MEZCLA LOS PIMIENTOS EN UNA OLLA PEQUENA COMO UN REFRITO CON UN POCO DE ACEITE DE OLIVA PIMIENTA SAL AL GUSTO LUEGO LE AGREGAMOS LA LECHE COCINAMOS MOVIENDO SIEMPRE ALREDEDOR DE 8 A 10 MINUTOS
.- MIXTURE PEPPERS WITH ONION ADD SALT,PEPPER,AND OLIVE OIL THEN ADD MILK COOK FOR 8 MINUTE

STEP 4 (B)

- AGREGA LA CREMA DE LECHE Y LA MIEL
-ADD THE MILK CREAM AND THE HONEY


STEP 5

- LA YUCA COCINADA LA DORAMOS CON ACEITE DE OLIVA ESTO NOS SERVIRA PARA DECORAR EL PLATO

-THE YUCCA WILL MAKE FRIEND WITH OLIVE OIL THIS WILL USE FOR DECORATION …


STEP 6

- COCINAMOS EL SALMON CON UN POCO DE ACEITE DE OLIVA HASTA QUE QUEDE DORADO

- PAN FRY IN BUTTER OR OIL OLIVE UNTIL SALMON FLAKES EASILY WITH FORK .

STEP 7

- PARA DECORAR EL PLATO HICIMOS AROOZ BLANCO JARIDINERO CON ZANAHORIA CON ALVERJITAS ,PODEMOS USAR LECHUGA COLOCAMOS EL SALMON A LOS LADOS LA YUCA.

- WE COULD DECORATED WITH A RICE IN THSI DISH NOEMI COOKED A RICE WITH VEGETABLES ,USED LETUCE ADD THE YUCCA AND THE SALMON .


- COLOCAMOS LA SALSA ENCIMA DEL SALMON LA DECORACION QUEDA A SU GUSTO Y LISTO UN PLATO DELICIOSO A SU PALADAR DIFERENTE Y SALUDABLE

- OVER THE SALMON PUT THE SAUCE OF PEPPERS AND DONE ! READY TO EAT
